The project is one of key projects of Xingguang Group, is effective measure of promoting Xingguang "three-three-one" project, and is important step for realizing prompting large industry, large warehousing  and large logistics by large trade and forming Xingguang double-hundred enterprise (ten billion Yuan enterprise and hundred-year enterprise). The project uses investment of 480 million Yuan, has floor area of 421 mu, uses 8 warehouses as public tons and annual goods turnover of 3 million tons, and realizes annual sales income of 5 billion Yuan. Among them, bonded warehouse picks up goods and pays tax by batch, which reduces operating cost and fund pressure effectively. It also various services such as international purchase, transportation, custom clearance, inspection reporting, bonded tax, warehousing and distribution to large commodity customs of grain, rubber, car and wine in Leling and surrounding areas. The center cooperates with famous enterprises such as COFCO Group, Beijing Grain Group and Jilin Grain Wholesale Market, and develops large warehousing and large trade by operating modes such as corn delivery warehouse, purchasing and storage warehouse.
